Empowerment DPC

#1 “Walks with the Doctor”.

The purpose is to instill the importance of exercise. We will always begin the walk with an inspiring piece of information/knowledge. During the walk there will be an informal discussion about health or other subjects or even just walking quietly. The element of group support enhances the desire to get out there and be active.

#2 “Vote for Healthy Meals”. .

Join us for an informal food prep class with open Q&A that encourages healthy eating with emphasis on Whole Food Plant based Nutrition. The bottom line is you need to enjoy what you eat! Ongoing Healthy eating support is crucial for treatment and prevention of many lifestyle induced illnesses. In the future we will plan to bring Guests to share their Yummy and Healthy recipes with you as well.

#3 “Documentary Night”.

There are so many great Documentaries that taught me things that were never discussed through Medical Education. Informing ourselves through these movies are a great way to encourage and inspire healthy living and feeling Empowered!
